Nelson Mandela is one of the great moral and ambitious political leaders in Africa. He've been imprisoned for many years on Robben Island where he suffered of humiliation and hard labour work but he never gave up. Long walk to freedom is his moving and exhilarating autobiography. He always wanted peace and justice for all. He became the first black president of South Africa and because of all those things, he is different from other African leaders.
To my opinion, his long jail humiliating expriences effect him positively because after all when he was released from prison he immediately got back to work still for justice and equality for all South Africans. He even won the price for his work for peace in SA. This man never regret anything and that's why he is famous and admired by many people as a true leader should be.
I read your answer and it was interesting and enjoyful.
